Influence the Influencer
News
In Forbes Magazine, Kyle Wong defined influencer marketing as "a form of marketing that identifies and targets individuals who have influence over potential buyers."
A brand can connect with an influencer’s built-in audience directly, offering an endorsement that amplifies a message and when you amplify your voice, you are likely to amplify your revenue.
1. If it's free it's for...
Popular influencers are often sent free samples of food, exercise clothing and even new subscriptions. The bloggers then talk about the products with their audience, which is ideally thousands of invested consumers. The residual effects of this type of marketing can be significant as a post or media participation has more significant longevity than any other kind of participation, as the content is constantly brought up in search online and the link to the company website inevitably strengthens SEO.
2. Authenticity reigns.
Influencers haven't gotten to the pinnacle of their professional careers by being pretentious and phony robots. They're human beings that actually desire authentic professional relationships. They respect and demand originality, so don’t try to hand them something that is second-hand and shopworn. Treat them with kindness, be considerate of their time and deadlines, and talk to them like a friend (not a cliché-spouting PR rep). Moreover, converse and engage with the influencer in regular, authentic ways, not just when you need a favor. For example, chat with them on Twitter, shoot them an article they might find interesting, comment on their articles, etc.
3. Segmentation and personalization are key strategies.
Getting a blogger, speaker or journalist to rave about your product is meaningless if that influencer doesn't have a strong connection to your subject matter. Further, sometimes several "lower tier" influencers promoting you are more powerful than one big celebrity giving you a shout out. In other words, if you're launching a pregnancy app, seek relationships with several popular mom bloggers in local markets, versus putting your eggs all in the single basket of an expecting celebrity.
But if you do decide that only a big gun will deliver the bang for the bucks you intend to spend, think about using the celeb for more than just an online endorsement. Fly them in for a seminar or a press conference a private jet charter company like Jet Set Charter. There is no better way to get your star (and his or her entourage) when and where you need them in comfort, safety, style, and luxury than chartering a private jet. Since airline deregulation back in the 80’s and 90’s, you can get your star and his or her entourage a private jet for about the same price as regular airline tickets.
4. Influencing is a two-way street.
Influencer marketing is just like professional networking. You'll get a lot more mileage if you actually connect people to each other, versus leveraging relationships only to your advantage. So, introduce influencers to other industry insiders and send them occasional resources and ideas.
5. Be the first one to give your influencers the opportunity to engage with your brand.
Quote them, mention them in your tweets, give them a chance to contribute. Pay it forward by offering your influencers value with your content. This action will make them feel positive and important and as a result, much more likely to become your advocates. Always remember, it is easier to make and enjoy a friend than it is to make and defend yourself against an enemy.

A Brief Essay from The Coaching Experience:
An Algorithm for Happines
There are as many forms of approaching the way we see the world as realities in it. We all create from our own experiences our own reality, we are the creators and protagonists of what happen to us and we have a clear ability to forge the destiny we want. Focusing in the many possibilities we have, looking to the bright side of things and reaching to the concept of happiness. Happiness that non but ourselves can achieve for us.
Happiness is in looking at the glass and seeing the truth of the glass. Seeing the half full side and being grateful for it, seeing the half empty side and saying: Can I do anything about it? and if not: Can I accept it? Truly, happiness is not about what the world gives you, how much water is in this glass. Happiness is what you think about what the world gave you.
Happiness is equal to or greater than the difference between the way you see the events of your life and your expectation of how life should behave. So, if life meets your expectations you are happy.
We mix two states, one of them is happiness and the other is fun. happiness is that peaceful, contentment feeling of: “I like the world as it is right now” Fun, on the other hand, is the modern world’s replacement of happiness. When I am unable to reach that state of happiness, What I do is crowed myself in as much noise and distraction as possible and my brain stops thinking. As long as it stops thinking, I think I feel happy. Not because I’m actually in that peaceful state of happiness, but because I suspended my unhappy thoughts.
Accepting all those situations that are out of our sphere of control will bring us closer to be able to do something about them. sometimes theres nothing we can do to solve a problem, what then? We can either choose to suffer or we can chose to sort of accept life, as harsh as it has become and reset, make that the zero point, and try to make it slightly better than it is today, and make it slightly better tomorrow.
